That's good news! 不用加a嗎?

我在2007年1月的大家說英語中的calenderphrases中,看到24日的句子是That'sgoodnews!真是好消息!我問在美國唸書念了五六年的朋友,為什麼不用加a變that'sagoodnews!她說她會加a到底要不要加a呀?

news有好幾種用法，good news / bad news 都算是片語不需要在前面加a/the，如果用英文解釋，Good news means that something will be useful or helpful to you. 舉例來說，Passing the test is good news to me. 通過考試對我來說是好消息。這時候不用加a/the。 當你在news前面加the的時候,這時候指的是你在電視或廣播中得知的特定消息。I heard all about the earthquake on the news. 我聽到所有關於地震的新聞。這裡專指地震的新聞所以要說 the news 這是我的回答 給你參考

大家都對喔怎麼給呢?這題目不難給哪正確的人更難妳說是不是呀阿阿阿阿阿阿阿news是不可數名詞所以不加冠詞但若前面加上單位就可加冠詞如apieceofnewsnews不可數名詞good形容news的形容詞That'sgoodnews不加a吧!!參考資料：myselfnews為uncountablenouns(不可數名詞),所以不加a喔但可使用量詞,如:apieceofnews不可數名詞通常被視為單數名詞，搭配單數動詞使用希望有幫上版大的忙喔~^_^~簡單的說news本來就不可數所以不用加冠詞(a/an/the)要弄清楚喔
